Shipping Policy

We offer delivery across the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as pickup service where available.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Same-day delivery usually takes 3–6 hours, depending on the location, delivery route, and traffic conditions.

Special or made-to-order items may require additional time. Customers will be informed of the expected delivery time.

The customer is responsible for delivery fees and any additional fees charged by the delivery company, including Cash on Delivery fees, if applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

For quality assurance, all products are carefully inspected before shipping.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted without a valid and reasonable reason. Returns or exchanges are only considered in cases of a defective product or an item received incorrectly.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product and the issue.

Used, opened, or damaged products due to misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.

Made-to-order or customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If a return or exchange is approved, the customer will be informed of the next steps.
